Great Coach!! Great Price!! 40Ft coach with one slide. It has everything you need for the weekend or for LONG trips. It has a 325 HP Cummins engine with only 67,000 miles on it. That is basically only 5000 miles per year. It has beautiful tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom area and carpet in the bedroom and living room. It has a great walk thru bathroom with large vanity and medicine cabinet, separate toilet room with nice cabinet, LOTS of closet space in bedroom and another with drawers in bathroom area. Washer Dryer with large cabinet area above. Then cabinets over head in livingroom. Fabric on sofa and dinnette are in great shape. Drivers seats are in great shape with no tears. The only problem with the coach is that it needs a new awning. I have located one for $650 and will provide it with the listed price or pass the information on to the buyer.
