Class C motorhome, year 2000 Four Winds, model 5000, 22 ft, with 68k miles, E350 Ford V10 Triton engine, sleeps 5, full bathroom and kitchen are both in rear, lots of storage, roof ac, furnace, generator, awning, all the goods. Everything works, no repairs needed.
There is a twin size bed (day bed) behind the driver's seat and a couch behind the passenger seat that folds down into a double bed. Two more people can sleep over the cab, for a total of 5.
This RV is paid for, clear title, and in great shape. All regular maintenance has been done and documented. Tires are less than two years old. No smokers, no children, and no pets in the vehicle. There are no slides. There is no dinette.
It has some additional equipment: lightning rod for the water heater, tinted windows, cd player, keyless entry. Floor is wood laminate in the main part of the RV and the floor in cab is rubber. There's no carpet anywhere.

I bought the rv in summer of 2008 for $16,500. I have taken really good care of it and have added some extras too. I am selling this rv for $13,300 - firm.
