Horrible! Save your money!

The campground advertises quiet hours start at 11 p.m. Ha! They do not enforce them! All around us (literally) other campers partied well into the night (2:45) and nothing was done or said. When I complained in the morning to the front desk, I was told that I needed to track down security and make a complaint with him. As long as no one complains than he assumes everyone is happy. We are a family-oriented campground on 188 acres, 370 seasonal, tent, rv, & cabin sites. Managers live full-time on premise. Each employee does their utmost to run the best campground in the Dells. At times we have 1800 people here. We always have extra security on holiday weekends. Every campground has policies & rules. We try to enforce them when made aware of problems. Prior to coming to Arrowhead Resort we camped at other campgrounds with our trailers as seasonal campers. We left the others because of many things such as drinking among kids and adults, thefts, and many other issues. Arrowhead is and has been the total opposite. Everyone is friendly, both seasonals and weekenders, and there is a lot to do without the emphasis on drinking that seems to be prevalent at other campgrounds in the Dells area. With 2...

People say camping is an adventure. My family and I have been to a lot of campsites. Having a family with four kids, one with special needs, we are very choosy where we camp. Always Improving

Arrowhead has been constantly improving the campground and I have enjoyed every minute. Lots to do, good people that are very helpful. I stopped the maintenance crew a couple of times and asked for help and they jumped right in. Just ask. Hope they keep improving. love it there. Gary D.

This trip was arranged for us. We went to be with other members of our large family (all ages). When we got there, the roads were in disrepair, the camp sites were poorly marked and filthy! There was garbage all over our site. Quiet hours were not observed on either night we were there, with "seasonal trailer" residents having loud parties and using foul language.
