Called the front desk at 7:00 am asking if I could change my two night stay into a one night due to a 1 year old being ill (103 fever) I was told no problem just check out before 10am.. Got to office at 9:30am and got a run around saying I had to pay for both nights - after 10 min. of back and forth ended up paying $20 extra.. If that's the policy then fine but don't tell me otherwise on the phone. With so many places to stay in the dells you'd...

Our family of four stayed here this past Saturday night, after an impulsive decision to take a quick getaway to treat our small kids. We didn't expect much for the $39 a night price, but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were much nicer than pictured, so I'm guessing they have recently done some updating of decor. We had two queen beds, which were comfortable, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and tv with all the cable channels. The pool...
