Whew what a dump jacked in as close as possible to other campers where "as drunk as possible is the motto". Go there if you are 21 and want to get wasted but not if you have a family. We were served frozen pizza in the so called restaurant by a staff who tried to upsell us to drinks like "sex on the beach" in front of our 5 year old I mean, really, get a clue. Their web site is the only positive thing they produce. If you like long drop toilets...

Nice place they have a lot of camp spots or house and cabins. We stayed in a tent spot 86. Great for a boat or jet ski. Nice little fire pit. All the tent spots are right on top of each other. The RV spots are all pretty good with power water and some sewer. All the staff are friendly.They went out of their way to please. Clean showers . The water is easy to get too. Pull your boat right onto the shore or reserve a dock space. So reserve a spot...

I suppose it's fine for some, if you're into rude behavior right up until the stated "quiet time" of midnight. (of course this is only when the stereos are turned marginally down).
We pulled our RV into space 47 on Friday evening, as reserved 2 months ago. (and pre-paid, non-refundable) Seemed ok; a bit cramped, but not the worst we've seen...nice grass, excellent shade. But as the evening wore on and more guests arrived, it turns out that...

June 2007 (Month Visited) To say that our family would ever recommend Sunbanks Resort to anyone would be a BIG mistake!
We made reservations back in February for our family reunion on June 7, 2007 and left on June 11th. We would have left on June 8th if we would have been able to get our money back (we had to pay the total amount two weeks prior to arriving and no refunds given for early departure).
