Great place to relax and retool
|

We decided to stay at New Point despite the review posted in 2008. We found the park to be clean and accommodating. Management was wonderful and helped us with every request we made. The beach is beautiful and well kept. The bathrooms although in need of modernization were cleaner than any campground we have been to before. I would definitely recommend New Point if you're looking for a relaxing out of the way place to fish crab swim, and...

RV Resort? Where???

Camped here over Labor Day. What a mistake. Campground is run down and not a resort and at the prices they charge per night, not worth it. Bath houses are sub-standard. Very tight camping spots and their Seasonal campers are noisy and many constantly drink until the wee hours and loud!
The beach is pretty but crowded and trashy.
Management was not interested in hearing our concerns. The camper staff was nice though. I sure wouldn't pay...
