Nice Park, but they could improve on customer service

We stayed two nights at Park City RV Resort. We tried to reserve a site earlier in the day, but had to leave a message because they were closed for a few hours in middle of the day (off season). Even thought they stated they would be back in the office during late afternoon, no one returned our call. We arrived after hours, but because it was off season we didn't have a problem finding a site. The sites are large and nicely paved. It looks like...

Slightly better than average.

We spent 2 nights in Park City as part of our return from California trip.
Most aspects of the park are fairly new. They have paved sites with full hooks as well as gravel sites closer to the river in a more rustic setting. It was the off season when we stayed so the pool was closed but it looked nice. They have a hot tub as well.
Our only complaint would be to the highway traffic.
We would stay again when/if in the Park City area.
