Loved Archview cabin - from TripAdvisor.com
We loved our stay at Arch View Resort. We stayed in a basic cabin with two full size beds and one twin. The twin was just a wooden board but my 11 year old daughter put a blanket and sleeping bag on it and had no complaints. We grilled on the grill provided in front of the cabin, and ate our dinner with a great view of the nearby beautiful scenery of Arches National Park. At night we did some stargazing, and many constellations, the Milky Way,...

Too noisy to stay - from TripAdvisor.com
Arch View RV Park used to be a quiet campground. We stayed several times over the years. Recently, it has changed. It now attracts dune buggies and ATVs. They have routes from the campground out into the desert. There is a constant stream of noisy ATV zipping around the campground burning fuel like it is cheap. Parties go on well past mid-night. There was no one to complain to.
We had paid for two days and complained after one night of...

Good location for Arches/Canyonlands adventures - from TripAdvisor.com
We were on an 11 day vacation and needed to save some money. Luckily, Arch View provided good accommodations for reasonable money. Our cabin was a deluxe model and possessed a bathroom and linens. Though the double bed was in essence a roll away, but it was comfortable. The room had a futon, a microwave and a minifridge. The room had clean (but worn) linens and was generally clean (dusty floor, clean shower). The cabin is not likely to provide...

Directions omit the fact that it's 200 yards from Hwy 191 - from TripAdvisor.com
We stayed two nights at an Arch View Park tent site.
Pros: Clean shower and bathroom; 24 hour arrival; close to Arches/Canyonlands/Moab; dishwashing station; drinking water at each site;
Cons: Very, very near to Hwy 191...very noisy all night long; tent sites very close together, basically hanging out with neighbors all night long; allow dogs, which can be annoying when they bark at 6am; no open fires allowed (state parks have fire...

Cabins at Archview Campground - from TripAdvisor.com
I stayed at Arch View Campground in the small cabins they offer for $62.50 a night. They are so small two people bump into one another inside them. The shower is so small that if you bend over your stuck like a cat in a pipe. They offer no daily cleaning and towels are about as large as a washcloth. I think for the money I spent here for 5 days I'd much prefer a motel/hotel with some customer service and attention to daily needs. This will not...

El Grande, at Arch View campgroud - from TripAdvisor.com
We, too, stumbled upon the Arch View Resort website and booked the Cabin El Grande for 2 AARP types and 1 well traveled boxer, for 2 nights in OCT of 01. We are booked for 3 nights this coming October. Wish it could be longer. The Cabin can sleep 6+,{loft bedroom, futon and hide-a-bed in living room}, but we used only the loft Queen. Our boxer was allowed on the futon. It has satellite TV.This kitchen utensils are eclectic, a bit rustic, but...

Inexpensive but great! - from TripAdvisor.com
We happened upon Arch View RV Park on the internet and it was one of our best nights on our trip. The cabins are very clean, new, affordable and cool. The A.C. works great. Do not plan to cook much however. They have a micro and fridge but no other cooking facilities which was fine with us since it reached the 90's that day. We chose a deluxe cabin with shower and bathroom. They also have basic cabins and one El Grande family cabin.
Picnic...
