Debbie, you're exactly correct about what occurred during your stay in June 2010. I won't make excuses about it but I will say this isn't the same park as when you visited. We recently purchased the park & it's been a learning experience for us (often learning the hard way).

My Husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks in June of 2010. The setting was the only nice thing about this RV park. No maintenance was done,the grass was very high, garbage cans were not dumped not a pleasant smell, a few long term residents were speeding through the park with children around.Never could find anyone in or around the office, several times during the day the main building was locked .I thought it was very badly run and need major...

Haven't been to Woodys Hollow in years, but around 1995 or so me my wife and our kids had a blast spending weeks at a time in the summer camping cooking hiking, bike riding, fishing day and night. We had a camper set up for about 2 years so did my sister her husband and kids. We have a lot of good memories that stay with us today. Been looking forward to going back.
