Last winter my husband and I decided that we had had enough of the cold and snow of Ontario and that it would be nice to spend it in warmer weather. After many questions, much discussion and research we decided on Rio RV Park in Brownsville Texas. Their brochure showed a nice clean park with decent size lots, heated pool and activities, free internet and long distance calls to Canada.
