Going down hill fast

I stayed here last year and the place was well maintained and clean and the manager was very nice. This year, the manager is gone, the laundry room/showers is filthy, and the rough dirt access road is pot-holed and not maintained. They advertise "free wi-fi" but the reception is lousy when you can connect. I will not be returning.

Lots were concrete pads, so it made leveling trailer a breeze. Friendly management and a genuine Texas atmosphere.
