Very rude service - from TripAdvisor.com

I called this campground to see if they had lots available for a short family (parents, 2 brothers, 2 sisters) vacation. We would need 5 sites due to all family members now married with children. When I spoke to the man on the phone he immediately told me that the policy is that he would not allow that many lots be taken by 1 family due to it being a small campground. I did not realize that my brother also called & was told the same thing & the man also said I have already spoken to your family & wanted to know what part of the policy we did not understand. He was very rude. My husband & I have been camping for about 20 years & have never been spoken to like that. So if you are planning to camp in or around Williamsburg, VA; I would not waste your time with this park. There are to many nice parks in the area that will gladly work with you to insure you have a great time at their campground like the one we are now booked with American Heritage RV Park, Ms Jenni set up our family name & allow each one of us to book with our own Credit Card & she made sure that we are all in the same area so we can visit.
