We lucked out when we found this place as our "maiden voyage" in tent camping with our 3 small children. We even took the family dog.
The tent sites were average sized but the bonus was that they backed up to a wooded area and we were able to put our tent in the woods, thus creating more privacy and shade. Wife and I stayed here a couple of nights. Had stayed before several years ago, as we had been acquainted with the original owner; a really nice guy who passed away a few years back. It's now run by his son who has really made a lot of improvements to the place. Nice store, indoor pool, pizza place... Stayed at Cape Kiwanda RV Park for a month in a motorhome. Most of the female staff were super nice, although the guys working were quite rude! (as were the owners!)
Bunny rabbits everywhere...aw!
The "marketplace" is tremendously and outrageously expensive, even for a beach side tourist trap! $9 for a small roll of electrical tape? $7 for a box of microwave popcorn? My favorite was the really pretty windchime spinner things that I've seen at...

my husband and I and my sister and her husband stay for 2 nights every year in our RVs at the Cape Kiwanda RV Park its fabulous the spaces were a little close but normal they have fire pits and a swimming pool and pizza place and a great market place
the bunnies are awesome they are so cute you can buy food for them in the market place
