Poor Management

My family and I found the management and owner to be inconsistent, unfair, unfriendly, greedy and down right rude at times! Rules are not enforced consistently. If the owner likes you basically you can do whatever you want. If you complain to him about anything you then are on his crap list and fear of being thrown out. Fantastic Camping

My husband's family has had a permanent camp site there for years and we love it. They have something there for everybody, swimming, fishing, four wheeling, kayaking and more. Also, they host a variety of events throughout the summer months along with Bingo every Saturday night. We camped there many years and loved it. When Bill decided to take management over, we stayed on and gave him a chance. We found him to be too difficult to deal with, although he did try at first. Too many rules and pricing changes, plus the new staff was not as friendly. There was the worry that if you did something that Bill didn't like, then you were told to leave with no discussion. Great place to stay

We have been @ Mineral Springs for going on three years now in a permanent campsite and the only complaints seem to come from people who come to stay for the weekend. Everyone else who stays there year round get to know each other and know the rules...it is a fun clean place to be. Mineral Springs Lake Resort

We just rented a site at Mineral Springs Lake. We met Billy Lee (owner) and he was fantastic. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs. The lake is gorgeous and the campsite are superior to our old campground a few miles a way. Family place, family prices five star camping.

Not a family place

Mineral Springs Lake Resort is very run down roads very poor and not maintained. The staff is very unfriendly. the campground allows off road 4 wheelers which run around all day and most of the night and are destroying the place and have ruts in the road so bad my camper drug the back jacks off of the unit pulling in to the dump station when I talked to the owner his response was to bad. The water pressure was so low we could not use our shower....
