The Oerfect Vacation for You and Your Dog!

This was our 4th visit to Four Paws and it gets better every year! We had so much fun and my babies were so tired from all of the activities that they slept the entire 5 hour drive home! Thank you for making us all feel welcome and special. I am already scouting out a date for our next visit!

A Kingdom for 4 paws !

I cant say enough great things about this campground. Everything is so clean and the grounds are very well kept. This campground has the best bath house ever! There is something to do for everyone. The owners go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. They are so wonderful and nice,they know how to put the personal touches on everything. My dog loves to socialize with other dogs, but his favorite is to swim in the pond for hours. Then we take him to the "doggy bath house" that is so nicely provided. It's just a great pace to walk around with your pet and bond with other people and pets. The sites are nice and big and can accommodate even the biggest rigs. Easy to pull in and out. I think if you visit this place just once you will add the campground to one of your favorite places to visit. Just take a look at all the amenities on their website, and go ahead and reserve your next vacation. You will not regret it.

Paradise for Dogs

This is a truly unique campground..both for campers and their dogs. There are several large areas where your dog can run free off-leash..including experiencing fun agility, a swim in the large pond, a run in the small/large dog parks, a splash in the completely fenced creek area. As for humans, you can sit completely in the gazebo by the pond, read a book on the bench by the creek, talk with others in the covered area inside the dog run, wash your dog in the suds area and just relax in the clean and friendly atmosphere created here! This campground has unique weekends, so check out their schedule. You will never find a cleaner place to camp and after dark, you won't believe how quiet it is! The owners have very interesting backgrounds...which give you access to Meik's gourmet cooking and Birgit's talent with dog training! We have camped here several times and from the first time, we have always felt like we were returning to our "camping" home!

Dog dedicated Camping - a Canine Paradise

Four Paws Kingdom, the first dog-dedicated campground in the U.S., is truly a dog-lovers paradise and fast becoming a home away from home for me and my two Corgis.
When I arrive my dogs and I are greeted by owners Meik and Birgit as warmly as if we're family. Check-in includes welcome cookies for the dogs followed by a personal escort to your campsite or cabin and any assistance needed to get settled. The campsites are spaced well apart and are designed to allow as much privacy as possible. Most are nicely shaded and include tables and fire rings. Each site has full hookups and SAT/TV and there's free WIFI for those, like me, who can't leave technology behind.
I don't own an RV but I have tent-camped, stayed in each of the cabins and the rental trailer. The three sunny cabins are furnished with comfortable beds; futon sofas; wardrobes; table and chairs; microwaves; refrigerators; stoves; dishes and utensils; TVs with DVD player; BBQ grills; dog-friendly flooring, and ½ baths
