Ruined our 4th of July

Do not stay here and especially do not rent a boat from here. I reserved a pontoon boat 4 months in advance, after driving 2 hours to get there they informed me it was not available. No phone call, no warning, no alternatives. They could care less. They never responded to a letter, horrible customer service, do not put your self through this, stay away!
