OMG! What is wrong with this man?

The owner is awful! He insisted we camp in a particular area which is fine. Once we set up camp he came over and told us we needed to move because he needed the spot for a larger group. We already had everything set up and it was dark! When we angrily said no he said not a choice, it was his property. We said forget it, asked for a refund he said "nope" but you'll need to leave now, you had your chance.

The owner at Sundance charged our 2 families for 2 sites then had us set up on one site saying we were being charged for the number of tents. When my husband asked if we could have the site next to where the owner showed where our site was as it had more grass for the kids to play the owner said no. "It's my way or the highway" No one ever occupied that site while we were there. There were only 2 bathrooms with one toilet each available for all...

Sundance RV has a lot of false ads. My wife & I and another couple made reservations for our 5th wheels on July 15,07. We asked for sites 6 & 7 cause we were to be able to get Direct TV. We asked for receivers and were told he had none. I politely informed him that if you advertise direct TV he should receivers on hand. I was told by host to not give him a hard time. We visited Ruidoso for the first time over the Memorial Day Weekend. Me and my family traveled from Colorado Springs, which is about 500 miles. We had booked a RV rental from the campground. What we were told and what we got were two different things. For starters, the first night we had no hot water in the RV.
