Wish I had read these reviews before staying here. The owner is a bully and could care less if your stay is enjoyable. And doesn't care about the cleanliness of the park. This is a place to avoid.

Stay Away!!

The owner is very disrespectful! Being from out of state, I called with many questions about the campground. Come to find out he told the rest of my party that I was a "pain in the butt". The site is very small and is next to the highway so it does not feel very secluded. There is only one restroom and one bath. I was very excited for this trip with my friends and he ended up running off half of them to another campground. The music and talking...

OMG! What is wrong with this man?

The owner is awful! He insisted we camp in a particular area which is fine. Once we set up camp he came over and told us we needed to move because he needed the spot for a larger group. We already had everything set up and it was dark! When we angrily said no he said not a choice, it was his property. We said forget it, asked for a refund he said "nope" but you'll need to leave now, you had your chance.

Sundance RV has a lot of false ads. My wife & I and another couple made reservations for our 5th wheels on July 15,07. We asked for sites 6 & 7 cause we were to be able to get Direct TV. We asked for receivers and were told he had none. I politely informed him that if you advertise direct TV he should receivers on hand. I was told by host to not give him a hard time.
