I have stayed in this campground for 40 years. I have never seen a severe decline ever in my life. The manager drives around and charges a 500 dollar fee if you break any rules on the contract-even a first offense is charged ie- your child being out after curfew, riding your golf cart past 11pm. Confiscating your trailer and personal property because you are a few days late. They have raised the rates 900 dollars in two years- The managers motto...

Diversified ruined our dream

Diversified has completely sucked the campground dry. They have taken our money and ran. Anything that needed repair, they threw away. If you complain, they kick you out (because you are not happy). Many of us have been at Pine Haven for 2 or 3 decades and have much invested, so we don't want to leave. But that's what they want. When Diversified corp. first bought the campground. We had a store, an office, a snack bar, two slides into the lake, everything was well maintained. Now, the store, snackbar, and office are all in the same building.
