7 days in a quant cabin close to glacier park
We spent a week at Stanton Creek Cabins for half the cost of any of the area cabins. The two deluxe cabins had a nice shower,micro, dish t v, frig and all newer linens and towels. We had a good time and family atmosphere.

What a Way to Relax After a long day of driving
This park is my home away from home. The beautiful mountain views, the friendliest people running the park, the fresh mountain air and plenty to do right at the park. If you're traveling Interstate 90W, you need to plan to stop at the Nugget RV Park. You'll be glad you did!

Not too good
While this was one of the more reasonable rates ($80 & $100 a night) in the Glacier Nat Park area, it was quite disappointing. The "toilet facilities" are a tiny RV potty & an old style basin w/ pitcher (no sink). There are bees swarming everywhere. The Men's bathhouse was never available, the Women's was out of tp. When we did move from the smaller cabin to the bigger w/ bath, the hot water heater was tiny, the bathroom smelled badly of pee (don't know if it was from pets or septic/sewer). They didn't change the sheets, towels, take out the garbage, clean or anything in 5 days. On the 4th day, I threw out a pile of the dirty towels and that evening, we found a bag of clean ones sitting outside the door. They charged my credit card immediately upon reservation for the full amount, not upon arrival (2 weeks later). They never did make themselves available to even sign in. The ceiling fan made a racket. Despite the lower price than other hotels/motels/cabins, this was not worth the price!

Avoid at all costs
Very dusty, no shelter, no campfires allowed, bathrooms are unfinished, picnic tables haven't been painted for years and will give you slivers, nothing but dirt to set up a tent on. Owners are extremely rude and have posted rules everywhere. The rules are full of caps and tons of exclamation points along with notices that you'll be kicked out without a refund for breaking them. They'll watch you the entire time you're there, and if you don't break any rules, they'll make up new ones just so they can yell at you. The husband, Floyd, made a 9 year old cry by yelling at him for "skidding in his gravel road" with his bicycle and threatened to kick us out for it. This is a road that hasn't been redone in years and is just dirt with a little gravel on it. You really need to yell at people for riding bikes on it? Avoid this overpriced kid hating dust bowl and stay somewhere better. We paid for 2 nights, but only stayed one because it's so bad

What a mess!
- It's very loud because it's right next to the interstate. Yep, semis zoom past all. night. long. The owners haven't made even the slightest effort to mitigate the sound. There are no trees or fences, for example. - Zero amenities. No shade for anyone, and only three picnic tables in the whole joint. - No hot water. I suspect they turned it off as a cost cutting measure. When taking a shower, it would run hot for 15 seconds, then go cold, never to warm again. Everyone had this problem, in both the mens and womens rooms. - Bathrooms were dirty. The women's room trash bins were overflowing. - No dumpsters or trash cans for trash. - No management. We tried to complain, but nobody was ever in the office and the door was always locked! They pack 'em in like a parking lot. You'll be better off in the KOA in town.
