What a mess!

- It's very loud because it's right next to the interstate. Yep, semis zoom past all. night. long. The owners haven't made even the slightest effort to mitigate the sound. There are no trees or fences, for example.
- Zero amenities. No shade for anyone, and only three picnic tables in the whole joint.
- No hot water. I suspect they turned it off as a cost cutting measure. When taking a shower, it would run hot for 15 seconds, then go cold,...
