Meramec caverns has a rep of being a great place but when I got there it seemed to be more of a trap than anything. We stayed in the campground and it sucked! The grass wasn't cut and there was glass all over the place. The park staff was very friendly and did every thing they could including bringing a table to us because there aren't enough for every site. The next day we went to the cave and the tour was expensive and ended with a cheezy...
