Overrated

I had heard positive reviews about the catfish dinners at Camp Bagnell. In all fairness, the catfish was very good, but that was it. We had a combination platter with brisket (?) red beans and rice and fried potatoes w/onions. The brisket was terrible, in spite of a glorious writeup in the menu. There was no smoke ring, no bbq taste and a weird flavor to the meat. It was full of fat and resembled roast more than brisket. 3 of the 4 diners didn't...
