We stayed in the "motel" section. Probably new in the 1960s and patched over since then. Door lock really didn't work, mattresses were 20+ years old, saggy, with springs poking you. Mold in the bathroom. Last straw was the deer tick found on our son. We weren't in the woods yet! If it had been $80/night it would have been too much, but for the price we paid you could have stayed at a real resort.
