Water quality issues, e-coli in 2004. Poor maintenance of public facilities. No sewer or grey water disposal system in place or at any site. Poor location of sewerage dump tanks. As advertised by location, cable TV is available. Not so, antenna service only is available, no cable. Wireless internet as advertised is non-existent. Long term residents have accumulated items stored outside their sites, very untidy. Poor roads, many sinkholes...
