New Owners!
|
|
This KOA has become one of my favorites. I stayed here years ago when an older couple had it. Now it is owned by a young couple who have made changes every time I stay there. The store has been remodeled and it is filled with groceries and lots of things the wife likes to buy for friends and family. And wine! They sell wine! The changes I have witnessed over the years have been remarkable. They are truly busting their butts to make this a park you want to stay at. Last year, David, the owner, said in 2008 he would be making the park all full hookup and said something about building a pavilion. I don't doubt a word he says. You will not be disappointed staying here. The owners are fabulous and the campground is just as well. It is nearly 2 miles off I-80, but the drive is all pavement and you won't hear the interstate. NO trains either! A rarity for KOA!!!
