Don't recommend Buck Lake
|

We stayed for 4 nights in August 2010. This place is not set up for transient business, it is set up for seasonals. They have no full hookup sites that are big enough for anything other than a small trailer. We had to stay in an open field with water and electric only. Had music on Saturday and Sunday from a live band but they were marginal and the crowd was small. We did not use the bathrooms. The lake seemed OK to use, nice swimming area but...

Buck Lake may have been something back in the day

We camped here this past weekend(8/09). It was horrible, I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. What a disappointment since we relied on their internet site for information. Bathrooms, were not private, not to mention they were dirty, sites were very small! According to their internet site, the sites are capable of 1 camper and 1 tent, and your vehicle. We could only fit our Pop Up on the site. The lake was disgusting as well, not what the pic's...
