NOISY campground

We camped this past weekend, while I realize Saturday was Halloween, what I didn't realize is that people would be screaming outside our motorhome until after 3:30 in the morning. I went up and complained about it Sunday morning, the clerk apologized but I have yet to receive a phone call from the manager as promised. This could be a great place to stay if someone cared about their guests!
