Expensive but not the best

I've been traveling, working construction work for thirty five years and have never been taken advantage of as I have here. We were told we have to weed eat around our RV, after paying $450.00 plus your elec. That you have to call and put in your name. That's revealed after you've moved in. The water is so bad that we had 3-filters and it was still staining the sinks&commode .Don't have room to list all the negatives. Also if you rent by the month you have to pay $300 deposit. Never heard of it in an RV park.

Beware! Beautiful park, but not worth it!

Stayed 2 months; mgmt/policies and attitude are the worst we have ever encountered across the US. Must pay $300 deposit to reserve a site and you may/may not get it returned timely; no recourse. Must pull "head in" to all sites, however, turf damage from ruts may be deducted from your deposit ... no recourse. Water quality is so poor that the iron smell/rust stains could not be filtered out with 2 filters installed on rv's; rust stains on shower & clothes. Must weed-eat your own site or mgmt deducts $45 from deposit ... no recourse, as you signed the "rules" on arrival. Co-worker paid full month rent and had work transfer 4 days after paying. A refund on any portion of the month's space rent was refused ... no recourse as it's "in the rules"; forfeited 27 days of rent paid in advance and mgmt would not convert him to a weekly rental and deduct a week and refund the rest; (empty space filled immediately); no overflow parking; competent, caring mgmt keeps a park nice; you've a long w

Not big-rig friendly

The evergreen tree-lined roads within the park make it nearly impossible to maneuver a 42 ft. 5th wheel around. We now have scratches down the side of our RV. Once we reached our site, we had to listen to a dog on the property bark the entire night. Not a real pleasant stay. Won't stay again.
