Grreat Resort

I have been at Emerald Pointe since 2003 and have found the resort to be one of the best managed and friendly places that I've ever visited.
You can rent or own as your budget dictates. If you own you will find some of the cheapest monthly fees anywhere, currently ($65/mo) which includes water/sewer/rubbish and lawn mowing.
The park is a gated community of 304 lots. All lots have a cement pad, except for one and the roads are paved.
