Quiet West Florida Park

River Oaks is a nice, clean park. Our site was large, level and grassy with a good-sized concrete patio. The hookups were good and easily accessible with 50-amp power.
One of the things we liked most about the park was the people. Everyone was very nice and seemed to go out of their way to make us feel at home. We only stayed for a short time (and in the summer), but I can see that this would be a nice place for a winter/seasonal stay.

Laid Back old Florida Feel!

In no way an upscale resort but very quaint and peaceful. Also lots of seasonal activities, a clubhouse, fishing pier, clean bathhouse/laundry facilities, a boat ramp across the street and nice neighbors. The park sits right on the Little Manatee River which is accessible to Tampa Bay and Gulf of Mexico. And the sunrises are amazing!
