Bad Communications/Policy Vague/No Empathy
|

Do not stay at this park. They have a terrible lack of communications (both by phone & email). Also, they have a very "Vague" Cancellation Policy, and a total lack of empathy for someone requesting a "Full Refund of deposit" for "Medical Reasons", months in advance of our arrival date. We did not actually stay because of the need to cancel. Only got a "portion of our deposit" back.
