Ok place to stay
Rented 3 cabins for two nights. Cabins were ok -not great. The dishes in them were none too clean. U have to bring your own linens. Did not like the fact that the dishwater ran directly from the cabin onto the ground behind the. Cabin. Bring bug spray - Mosquitoes are so bad u can't go out at night and they will eat u alive in the daytime too Lots of seashells are to be found along the shoreline . If peace and serenity far from the maddening crowds is what you are looking for this is it! No crowds, a beautiful beach and great fishing! The people at he campgrounds are more than accommodating. They will take care of you in an emergency. They will help out in any way they can. It was a piece of heaven
Located on the forgotten coast of Florida in January 2007. This was a great out of the way place right on the Gulf of Mexico and we slept to the sounds of waves and woke to the most breathtaking sunrise. There are other RV parks on the main road but this one has a uniqueness that is worth the 20 mile detour. It's at the end of a peninsula and is a small campground but most of the sites are situated that gives you a marvelous view of the Gulf....
