Clean park. Not very efficient though. Kept moving site location due to no 30 amp power at one site, then no cable. Paid up front for entire month and wouldn't refund money when we had no electricity or cable for 2 days. Also located us in a travel trailer in the back of park among all the permanent mobile homes when the seasonal RVers were up front. We felt out of place, residents were not friendly to us.
