Well-First to start, we've camped here many times before, there was pretty good service, until some summers ago they placed us in a group with people we have never seen before! So, of course yeah they have electricity but once your all put together with about 15 other campers, my campers fridge's heating element shorted out due to the low voltage of all the campers being plug into the same plug. Recently I went to Acorn Acres Campground in Bozrah CT.
It was not at all what I expected. The campground advertised itself as "Family Camping at its Best". I do not agree. There were many rules. I know campgrounds want you to be safe but it was a little overboard with its rules. Bikes can only be ridden in certain areas, and God forbid you pass a golf cart...you will get reprimanded by the owner if she is around. There are way too many golf...

The campsite we camped at was very nice. The bathrooms were very dirty. The main bathroom had 1 shower. The sink did not work. There were no paper towels available to dry your hands at any of the bathrooms. There was no place to hang your clothes or set them down while taking a shower.
