They have bad customer service. Make sure you don't have to cancel your reservations for any reason - They will keep your money! Being it is rough times for everyone you would think they would go out of there way to make sure people come back - at this rate people won't come back! Read More >>

We went to Yosemite Pines to try something new. The front desk staff would not let us have the AAA discount, because we hadn't booked it that way. Our site was next to our friends who have small boys. There was no grass or shade, only ugly orange dirt. This dirt gets everywhere, then gets tracked into the RV by the kids and the dogs. Hopefully it will wash out. The staff would not let our friends stay until 1pm on checkout day so that we... Read More >>

When we made our reservations the staff was very nice and polite - don't let this fool you! Once you arrive, they could care less about you. They treated us as if we were "Lower Class" citizens since we were tent camping vs. staying in a more expensive cabin site. From the moment we arrived the staff seemed to be on the defensive, confrontational & rude. We had a group of 17 people tent camping in the lower RV / Yurt sites. When we made... Read More >>

We stayed at Yosemite Pines RV Resort for 2 nights (9-10 Jun 08, Mon-Tue) in one of their deluxe cabins. It was not crowded during our stay. The air-conditioned cabin was clean and very well maintained. Our neighbors were friendly, and the BBQ pit is conveniently located right in front of our cabin's front porch. The kitchenette was sufficiently well equipped. Comes with microwave, fridge, pots and pans, and decent cutlery. Had the basic BBQ... Read More >>

My husband, 5 year old and I were quite pleased in January. There were some setbacks, but overall it was a memorable trip. We rented the most basic cabin. Arriving late, the office was closed. The very small space heater provided was not functioning at all, and it was about 6 degrees that night. There was no emergency contact number. Luckily, I brought extra blankets and we all bundled up together. It did bother me that no seemed sympathetic... Read More >>

We arrived at the Yosemite Pines Campground on the weekend so there were no attendants present but the direction and instructions to our campsite was posted on the door - we found it with such ease. It was about 95 degrees outside and our yurt was like a sauna. I liked what I saw right away since I'm a "tent camper". The yurt came with a queen size futon convertible sofa bed and a bunk-bed with double size bed bottom bed and twin size upper... Read More >>

After failing to book a campsite for my group of 15 in Yosemite National Park, I came across Yosemite Pines and booked a group tent site with them. Upon arriving, the lady at the front desk was nice and gave me a map to show me where my site was. The site was large enough to fit our many tents and had plenty of fire rings and picnic tables. The bathrooms appeared to be clean and stocked with all the necessary soap and paper goods. After... Read More >>
