For the past 5 years, my family has made it a yearly tradition to go once a year in the Summertime to Lake Casitas. It is our favorite place to camp and we usually stay for a couple of days since the drive is more than 3 hours one way. We love the large, shady campsites, the waterpark, the fishing, the bike riding, the parks, the views. Make sure you reserve as early as Jan. for the summer.
