Beware of the Owner!!

My work has me on the road most times than not and quickly decided to stay there everytime I was in town or passing through. The employees were very diligent in making sure all was good with each and every one of the guests. Such a find!

Such a find - We had reservations in a nearby park but did not fit in the space so they called this park to see if they had space. It is so pretty, great landscaping. Not a huge park, but very clean and wonderful owner and staff. There is a pool as well. We highly recommend this park.

Mobile Home Park before RV Park

We found this to be a mobile home park first and foremost. About 80% of the park consists of mobile homes and the remainder is RV sites.
They had full hook ups and a nice pool. Really no other frills aside from that. The park as clean and easily accessible from the highway.
Kathy the owner/manager was very accommodating.
The problem we found in Fresno is that there really aren't any good RV Parks. Must not be a destination for travelers.

More of a mobile home park than an RV park

We were a little surprised when we pulled into this Fresno park and only saw few open spots available to RVs. Most spots have very dated and run down mobile homes on them. The office staff was very nice. The only amenities the park offers is a very run down laundry facility and a nice pool. The park is located in a very industrial area and seems to be in a lower income housing area. There was no security at the park.
