If you into be punished
If your into people from the north being rude, vile and nasty then this is the park for you. The lady in the office has the rudest disposition I have ever came in contact with. She can not be made happy, and admits that she rules the roost and runs the place.

Terrific bathrooms!
Sunrise RV Park is new ... the trees are small, so no shade yet, but it's convenient, big, and clean. The restroom shower was incredible! They've gone all out to make one comfortable.

Hostile RV environment
Despite claims of friendly, service-oriented, and family/kid loving accommodations, the Dogwood Springs RV Park in Jasper Arkansas proved to be the most hostile, worst camping facility in our 30+ years of traveling. Their ad is a complete fraud and the resort is not a member of AAA as advertised. We stayed with this place just one night June 25th, 2009 and left under threat of physical violence, verbal abuse, and poor service. You will be best served by considering another RV Park. COMMENTS: Rude, dishonest, physically threatening, and verbally abusive proprietor and family. Small, cramped, claustrophobic RV Park immediately adjacent to and in plain site of SH 7. Unappealing, unkempt and overgrown landscaping. Only a few sites are capable to accommodate a 28-ft trailer. Sites are too narrow for campfire and awkward to erect an awning. Poison ivy vines on large tree adjacent to utility hookups. Office area looks like a used car lot with numerous parked vehicles of family and friends. On Friday, June 26, we filed a complaint with the Jasper Police department.

Upset Camper
Worst camping ever. We were verbally abused and threatened with physical violence. The owner damaged our 30 amp extension plug when he violently ripped it out of the outlet. We were forced to move to another campground even though we had paid for 3 nights months earlier. The owner refused to refund our money and told us we would have to "sue" him. We filed a police report with the Jasper Police Department and spoke with the Chamber of Commerce. This man ruined our long awaiting reunion with friends and caused us extreme mental distress. In our 30 combined years of camping experiences we had never encountered anything like this. He treated the campers in the next site equally as bad and evicted them too. It was a horrible experience.

Below Par
Quite a disappointment. Told to park anywhere there is an open site - they forgot to tell us the first site's power didn't work; we found out after we were all set up. Sewer hookups open; no covers. Concrete near entrance to RV area broken up. Lots of highway noise. The pool they advertised was full of greenish algae-looking water and some trash. RV area dark at night. Small light pole at front and back of "park". Extra charge of $1 if using credit card. Supposedly has a Good Sam rating. Street sign too small; hard to read; broken.
