Not Friendly to Newbies-Grumpy Manager
Stayed a week on a special coupon. Manager & Staff seemed friendly. Paid for a month and then had three issues with a very overbearing female manager.(our dog took a pee where he shouldn't)(visitor parked next to our coach and not in visitor parking which is not marked anywhere)(lied to me that the internet was working and it was my computer that was the problem). Existing residents are not friendly to short timers. Bad wifi, no cable, and expensive for what you get. Too many work campers that are not friendly and don't know how to park big rigs. No pull-throughs, narrow sites, and lots of sewer gas at different times of the day and night. Will never stay here again and will advise our traveling friends to find another place.

Nice Park
Offers a pay 2 days and get a third free, staff was helpful, good location, but is close to trains. I will stay there again.

Had a lot of fun!
The park is new and maintained very nicely. The laundry and restroom are very clean. We did take the train ride into the Grand Canyon and would recommend it. We had a great time. The staff at the RV park was very pleasant. My only complaint would be the lack of security in the form of an ungated entrance.

We stayed at the Grand Canyon Railway RV Park in Williams, AZ for 3 nights. The amenities were top notch. The park is fairly new so everything was well maintained and clean. The RV park is connected the Grand Canyon Railway which we took one day to the Canyon. The staff was very friendly and happy to help. Most appeared to be retirees and were working for fun and not for pay. A few negatives; The indoor (and only) pool was closed the entire time we were there. They had some goofy rules ... you had to use a support on your sewer line and you must use blocks under your jacks ... but no explanation why on either. Lastly, the park has no visible security. People can come and go through the entrance at their leisure.
