Wahweap RV Park is a full hook-up RV park, with nice paved roads and level concrete spaces. It is very large with about 140 spaces, which are quite large and spread out. They are sort of terraced, so many have a view of the lake and the cliffs around the lake.
There are nice views of Lake Powell, but it is about a half-mile walk down to the lake's edge, across a road and through some parking areas. Trees here are small or non-existent, except...

You can't beat the location of this campground, overlooking beautiful Lake Powell on the Arizona/Utah border, but for $19.00 per night for no hook-up tent sights, the camp sites themselves leave a lot to be desired.
First off, the location is in Arizona, i.e. sun and heat, and the sights have no source for shade. No pavilions and very few trees. Granted you can bring your own shade sources, but these do not stand up very well under the stiff...
