This is one of the most poorly managed parks in the southwest. The owner and his manager have repeatedly disregarded the safety and welfare of the residents, the health codes and the laws of the state of Arizona. Extension cords are strung in palm trees for electrical power. The septic system is in disrepair. The pool and spa are not maintained, the water is not tested, there is no chlorine in the spa.
