A 55+ Community but we have been informed that they do allow 40 and over to stay as well. It's a small but very personable park. Located in the north valley and adjacent to a main freeway for your traveling convenience.
There are no pull through sites...they have an outdoor pool and spa...clean restrooms and laundry facilities...social activities...gracious host.
