I stayed North Phoenix RV Park a year ago and had a pleasant stay. 5months ago we rented a space month to month. The place has really went down hill. 3 sets of managers and the newest has no idea of what they are doing. The pool is open half the time. Their clubhouse is locked due to theft and their public showers are disgraceful. It is a beautiful are and they are reasonable. But they need people in their who know what their doing.
