Not Friendly to Newbies-Grumpy Manager

Stayed a week on a special coupon. Manager & Staff seemed friendly. Paid for a month and then had three issues with a very overbearing female manager.(our dog took a pee where he shouldn't)(visitor parked next to our coach and not in visitor parking which is not marked anywhere)(lied to me that the internet was working and it was my computer that was the problem). New manager is very hard to please. Very rude to residents! If only had a better administrative staff just a great small resort. Very clean and friendly residents. Great activity staff. Small lots. Not hospitable to short termers.

Small lots, difficult to park. Tiny club house, no real activities to speak of. New park manager has been known to be very rude to residents. The park and road to it get very muddy when it rains. Over run with pets. As you can see, I wasn't very impressed.
