Nice place to go with the Polar Express - from TripAdvisor.com
A nice property a couple miles down the road from the Polar Express Train Depot. We stayed in winter, and there was about a foot of snow on the ground so that made this place a blast for our 3 year old boy. We probably weren't supposed to, but we used the RV Park next door for sledding as it has a gentle incline. The owners were very nice, the rail cars very charming. We stayed in rail car # 2. The room was a bit cramped for us, as we are used...

What a Great Place! - from TripAdvisor.com

We stayed in the rail car after a Polar Express trip and absolutely loved it. The kids had so much fun on the grounds and the room was just the thing to top off our train trip. The staff was extremely friendly and we cannot wait to come back next year.

Great Place to Stay, Kids Loved It! - from TripAdvisor.com
Great 'mom and pop shop'. Very clean, very comfortable. For those without an RV, there are two options - a traditional motel style room or a rail car. We paid the extra bit and stayed in the rail car. It was clean and had a microwave and fridge. Kids loved the indoor pool. The town of Williams has a grocery store and many restaurants. Recommend it highly.

The Canyon Motel is a must for families! - from TripAdvisor.com
My husband and I stayed in the smallest railcar, and it was very cozy. The only problem we encountered was that there is nowhere to hang or store clothes. Other than that, it was a great experience; the staff is so friendly, the rooms are spotless, and the price is right. If I had kids with me we would have stayed in the Caboose. Grand Canyon Park is a nice ride up north, perhaps an hour or less, and Sedona is about 45 minutes to the south....

Fun Hotel - from TripAdvisor.com
We stayed in caboose #1, it was a lot of fun with our boys that are 7, 6, 4 and 5 months. Don't get me wrong, it was really cramped, but it was worth it. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and they have a little store for drinks and snacks. It was neat to stay there, cause how many times can you say you've stayed overnight in a caboose. If you are a large family like us, go there knowing it is cramped and if you can stand it, try it...

Stinky, wet, dirty room, hated this place! - from TripAdvisor.com
Went on a small weekend trip with my sis and her husband. We thought this would be a great place to stay and see the area. Price was right and it seemed to have a cool theme. We did not expect any more than the website had given, we knew it would be old and very minimal. When we arrived, my cottage had wet carpet that smelled like a moldy wet towel that had been used to clean up a toilet overflow. It was overwhelming. I asked for another room...

Our Yearly get Away - from TripAdvisor.com

I Love this place.
Three years ago I was looking for a place where a number of us from Lake Havasu City, AZ. could come and get out of the heat for a few days. I had been to Williams and thought it would be a great get away for our group. My wife and I looked around the area and the RV parks and fell in love with the Canyon motel and RV Park. It provided us with the option of bringing our RV's and a motel for those that did not have that...

Quiet, beautiful, friendly - Great place - from TripAdvisor.com
W and RV Parke were in Williams to see the Grand Canyon and decided to stay at the Canyon Motel. We booked the Caboose for two nights and were very pleased. My granddaughter will remember it forever. A fire ring is lit each night and people can sit out and roast marshmallows (remember to bring them and hangers) and enjoy the evening. At the back of the caboose was a private deck that overlooked beautiful pine trees. The caboose was very clean...

Lovely place and staff - from TripAdvisor.com

My sister and I stayed at Canyon Motel and RV Park for one night in March this year. We ended up in Williams after a day at the Grand Canyon and we were too tired to drive back to Vegas. The lady at check in was really lovely and went out of her way to help us. We received a little welcome bag with things like deodorant and cereal bars which was great. Our room was basic but nice with a refrigerator and microwave. There was free wireless...
