Close to highway and railroad tracks, very busy all night. Restaurant is very, very good, but the rest of the place you can have. Lots of full-timers.

Do not go - from TripAdvisor.com
We called for hours prior to our arrival and no one answers the phone. We arrive and the woman is chatting on the phone to her boyfriend while the customers are starting to pile up. She was complaining to her boyfriend that she had to call the cops because of a loud party by campers.
I just looked at my wife and waved to her to lets get out of here. We left without a word spoken. I met a older couple outside who said they just left because they only have 50A service and they want to sell you a 30A adapter for $25. We were glad to leave.
So we turned around and drove to the end of the drive way and stopped to look at our Woodall's book. A couple minutes later here comes this woman screaming at us to get the [] out of her park. Up until that point not a word was spoken between us. But after she did that I had lots to say to her. I will seek out her manager to tell him what kind of employees he has there.
Oh yea...it is a dump.

Old Black Bart's - from TripAdvisor.com
We stayed at Black Barts in June 2007 and must say that the park is in need of modernization. They have 20 or 50 amp service, not 30. The electrical hookups were on the wrong side of the trailer. Our sight was dirt, no grass, and was far from level. While there are lots of trees around, we didn't have any shade.

Black Bart's convenient and clean - from TripAdvisor.com
We spent a couple nights at Black Bart's Rv Park in April, 2005. We found it to be a very nice and clean campground, with large shade trees, also a nice area in which to walk our dogs. There is a restaurant on the premises and it is very close to town and other restaurants and stores. Also quite convenient to the highway for traveling about. While it is really close to the city of Flagstaff, it is not remote and you do hear some light traffic noise, but it is like being in a large park. We will definitely return. They plenty of room for our large rv and towed vehicle.
